Any questions asked by our empresses (and emperors) will be placed here so you never have to worry about searching for the answers to your questions. 

 

Q: Where do you deliver? 

A: Greater Toronto Area include cities but not limited to: Toronto, Scarborough, Pickering, Ajax, Pickering, Courtice, Markham-Stouffville, Maple, Woodbridge, Vaughan, Bolton, Brampton, Caledon, Alliston, New Tecumseth, Innisfil, Brooklin, Oshawa, Mississauga, Oakville, if the city you live in is classified as the Greater Toronto Area, you are eligible for next day delivery. 

Q: What does empress mean?

A: empress is a noun meaning a woman who is a sovereign ruler of great power and rank, especially one ruling an empire. Some synonyms are: ruler, sovereign, queen, monarch, potentate, etc. 

Q: When do we deliver same day shipping/deliveries?

A: We no longer offer same day delivery. We deliver all next day shipping/delivery orders after 5 pm everyday expect Sundays. We do not deliver on Sundays and holidays. All orders placed after 5 pm are fulfilled the following business day for next day delivery.

Q: What if my shipping address is really far (in Ontario) & I need same day shipping/delivery?

A: All Greater Ontario will be shipped out and "Canada Wide Shipping" should be selected during checkout. 

Q: When will my order ship?

A: All U.S and Canadian orders are shipped out within 1-3 business days. Any orders shipped after 3 business days are subject to shipping delays and for further information, please reach us at info@empressmane.com 

All international orders are shipped within 1-5 business days. Any orders shipped after 5 business days are subject to shipping delays and for further information, please reach us at info@empressmane.com
