At Empress Mane, we’re dedicated to delivering your essentials with care, speed, and transparency. Whether you're shopping from Toronto or Tokyo, we aim to create a smooth and stress-free shipping experience every time.
Processing Times
Canada & U.S. Orders
All orders within Canada and the United States are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST may be processed the next business day.
If your order has not shipped within this timeframe, it may be experiencing a delay. For questions or updates, reach out to info@empressmane.com.
International Orders
International orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Transit times vary by destination and may be affected by customs or international carrier policies.
For orders not shipped within 5 business days, please contact info@empressmane.com for assistance.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
We ship through trusted carriers including Canada Post, USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL, depending on your location and shipping preferences. All shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and delivery location.
Next-Day Delivery – Greater Toronto Area
We offer Next-Day Delivery within the GTA for qualifying orders placed before 12:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday. This option appears at checkout when available and is subject to inventory and courier availability.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to activate.
Shipping Delays
We always aim to ship within the stated processing times. However, Empress Mane is not responsible for unexpected delays caused by:

Holiday Shipping Policy
We do not ship orders on statutory or public holidays. Orders placed during these times will be processed on the next available business day.
We recommend placing holiday orders early to avoid delays due to increased courier volumes.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please notify us at info@empressmane.com within 7 days of delivery confirmation.

Lost Orders: We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier and offer solutions on a case-by-case basis.

Damaged Orders: Please provide clear photos of the packaging and product(s). We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.
If you received the wrong item or believe there’s a quality issue, contact us at info@empressmane.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll assess your case and offer an exchange, credit, or refund if eligible.
Customs, Duties & International Fees
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by their local government. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and must be paid upon delivery.
